Abstract
Usability is an important aspect of IT applications being a priority requirement in online public services. This paper presents the evaluation of the usability of the national house of public pensions portal. The portal evaluation involved four experts who tested the portal based on the usability inspection method. The results of the evaluation highlighted some important usability problems that need to be fixed in order to ease the use of the portal by older people.
